1. Who are we?

ONYRÊVE is a dream-focused concept store and natural-wellbeing project currently being registered in France.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. We use this information to notify you about the store opening and the inaugural event. The legal basis is your explicit consent. We retain it until you unsubscribe or for up to three years after opening.

2.2 Contact forms

Email address, name and message are used only to reply to you and are deleted within twelve months after the exchange is closed.

2.3 Dream journal — The Onyristes

Dreams written in the journal are stored only on your device, in your browser’s localStorage. ONYRÊVE has no access to them; they do not leave your browser or pass through our servers.

2.4 What we do not collect

• No advertising or tracking cookies.
• No health data.
• No commercial profile sold or rented to third parties.
• No Google Analytics, Facebook pixels or retargeting tools on onyreve.fr.

3. Service providers

Formspree processes contact and waitlist forms. Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. These providers may process email addresses, names, messages and technical access logs under their own policies.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent.

5. Unsubscribe

Every ONYRÊVE email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us; removal requests are processed as soon as possible.

6. Cookies and local storage

onyreve.fr does not use third-party cookies. LocalStorage may remember your waitlist state, your local dream journal and your local Onyristes session. You can erase this data through your browser’s site-data settings.

7. Security

• The site is served over HTTPS.
• Forms use an anti-spam honeypot field.
• No server-side password is stored for the local Onyristes prototype.
• Access to submitted form data is restricted to the data controller and relevant providers.

ONYRÊVE products are not medicines. No therapeutic, curative or preventive claim is made. CBD products are reserved for adults and must comply with applicable rules. Minerals are presented as decorative and symbolic ritual objects, not as treatments.
