Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions apply to sales of products by ONYRÊVE, in the physical store in Nice or through onyreve.fr. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 — Products
ONYRÊVE offers natural-wellbeing products, including CBD flowers and resins, Herbalgem macerates, topical cosmetics, minerals and crystals, scented candles, gift sets and associated products.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes. ONYRÊVE may change prices at any time; the price displayed at the time of order applies.
Article 4 — Orders and contract
In-store sales are completed when payment is made. Online sales are completed after order confirmation and payment collection. Each order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Article 5 — Payment
Accepted methods may include card payment, cash in store and bank transfer for B2B quotations. Payment is due immediately when ordering.

Article 7 — Cancellation and returns
For distance sales, consumers generally have a fourteen-day withdrawal period under applicable French consumer law, subject to legal exceptions. Exceptions may include opened hygiene-sensitive products, personalised products and perishables. Contact contact@onyreve.fr with your order number before returning an item. Return costs may be payable by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Article 8 — Legal warranties
Products benefit from the French legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty for hidden defects, where applicable.
Article 9 — Liability
ONYRÊVE is not responsible for inappropriate use, individual allergic reactions or expected effects of mineral symbolism and aromatherapy, which are not scientifically guaranteed. Always check ingredients and product guidance.
Article 10 — Intellectual property
Texts, visuals, logo and ONYRÊVE branding are protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
Article 11 — Personal data
Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution first. Consumers may also use the applicable consumer mediator. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
