Frequently asked questions

Sleep & Protocol FAQ

Are CBD products legal in France?+
Yes. CBD (≤0.3% THC) is legal in France under the applicable regulations. Our products are certified and compliant. Herbalgem macerates are food supplements. Always follow the product label and seek professional advice when needed.
When will I see results?+
Responses vary by person. Follow the product instructions and allow time for a consistent routine. Regularity is the key.
Are there any contraindications?+
ONYRÊVE products are not medicines. Pregnant or breastfeeding people and minors should consult a healthcare professional before use. Cannabinoids may interact with medicines, including anticoagulants; ask your doctor for advice.
Can I combine several protocols?+
Yes, but start with one protocol for two weeks before adding elements. This helps you identify what suits you. Our Nice team can guide you in store.
Does lithotherapy really work?+
Honestly: there is no scientific evidence that crystals act through physical mechanisms. We say this clearly. What we offer is a real ritual and symbolic effect: placing a stone in your evening space with intention can create a personal cue associated with bedtime. The placebo effect is itself a physiological phenomenon. Take it as mineral poetry, not as a treatment.
Is Calea Zacatechichi safe?+
Calea Zacatechichi is legal in France and has a history of use among Mesoamerican peoples. It may produce more vivid and intense dreams. It is not recommended for people with epilepsy. Protocol 4 is marked “Advanced” because it requires clear intention and an active dream journal.
